How Booking Works

  1. Submit your request. Fill out the form with your pickup and drop-off details, date, time, and any special requirements.
  2. We'll confirm the details. Our team will follow up to clarify anything needed to put together an accurate quote.
  3. Receive your quote. We'll send you a personalized price for your trip. Quotes are valid for 24 hours.
  4. Approve and book. Once you confirm, we'll schedule your reservation and send an email confirmation. Corporate clients can request a formal quote or invoice.
  5. Pay on the day of your trip. For standard point-to-point rides, payment is collected on the day of service. More complex bookings may require a deposit.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Payments are processed through Square, and a receipt can be provided on request.
