How Booking Works
- Submit your request. Fill out the form with your pickup and drop-off details, date, time, and any special requirements.
- We'll confirm the details. Our team will follow up to clarify anything needed to put together an accurate quote.
- Receive your quote. We'll send you a personalized price for your trip. Quotes are valid for 24 hours.
- Approve and book. Once you confirm, we'll schedule your reservation and send an email confirmation. Corporate clients can request a formal quote or invoice.
- Pay on the day of your trip. For standard point-to-point rides, payment is collected on the day of service. More complex bookings may require a deposit.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Payments are processed through Square, and a receipt can be provided on request.
