1. Terminal Layout
SeaTac has one main terminal building with four concourses: A, B, C, and D, plus the North and South satellite terminals connected by an underground train. Our drivers know exactly where to position for the most efficient pickup regardless of which concourse you arrive at.
2. Pickup Location
For arrivals, we can meet you inside at baggage claim with a name sign, or pick you up curbside on the arrivals level (3rd floor). Just let us know your preference when booking and we will be there.
3. Drop-off for Departures
For departures, we drop you off on the departures level (4th floor) directly in front of your airline's check-in counter. No parking garages, no shuttle rides, no hassle.
4. International Arrivals
If you are arriving on an international flight, customs and immigration can add 30 to 60 minutes to your arrival time. Our flight monitoring system tracks your actual landing time, and we build in extra buffer for international arrivals so there is no rush.
5. Early Morning and Late Night Flights
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Red-eye arrivals and early morning departures are no problem. Our drivers are always professional and punctual regardless of the hour.
6. Link Light Rail Alternative
While the Link Light Rail connects SeaTac to downtown Seattle, it does not reach the Eastside directly. Our town car service is the most comfortable and direct way to get from SeaTac to Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, and other Eastside destinations without transfers or waits.
7. Cruise Terminal Connections
